Healing is helpful at any time, for many reasons. It can bring about beneficial change in the way we feel physically and emotionally.
As a natural intuitive healer I am able to channel healing energy through my hands.
The healing energy goes to where it is most needed, bringing about a more harmonious state at every level.
At times during the session, I work entirely intuitively, guided to bring healing and release to deep issues held within the energy field.
At other times, I work more closely with the energy of the physical body and the spine, bringing greater balance, unity and flow, but still mostly without touching the body.
What you may experience
The experience of receiving Healing is deeply relaxing.
I provide a safe space where you can relax at a profound level and allow the healing energy to do its work.
Although every session is different and everyone experiences it differently, the feeling of stillness, calm and release are common to every session.
You will receive what is appropriate for you at that moment.
In my experience, my work is particular suited to people in times of stress and transition, and in times of crisis, emotional or physical.
The Session
When you come for a session, we will first of all have a chat about what has brought you to seek Healing.
You lie comfortably on a couch and I work with my hands at a distance from the body, sometimes touching lightly.
Healing can be received sitting in a chair if necessary
Please wear comfortable clothes you can breathe easily in.
The session is completely confidential, lasts an hour and costs £45
I offer concessions if you are unwaged.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged for.
Training and Qualifications
I began my training as a Shiatsu Practitioner over 15 years ago and qualified as a member of the Shiatsu Society (MRSS) in 1999.
Over several years, my work gradually evolved into Healing as I began to work in a lighter and gentler way with the body’s energy flow.
I subsequently trained with the National Federation of Spiritual Healer (NFSH), an organisation established over 50 years ago.
I am a Healer Member of the NFSH (MNFSH), recently renamed The Healing Trust.
