I work to help people understand the stress and anxiety in their lives, and move towards better health and fulfilment.
The way I do this is
1, To explore the cause of the stress or anxiety, which could be linked to issues such as,Work, relationships, bereavement, depression,confidence, etc. In order to look at this I create a safe and confidential environment where people can really look at their feelings.
2. Where anxiety is affecting peoples daily living, I help educate people about the way anxiety takes hold on the body. This in turn helps people understand anxiety and be able to manage and reduce the symptoms.
I work 1 to 1 and with couples.
Also have experience of working with agencies that deal with companies such as BT, EON, and O2, helping support thier staff.
I aso work in Bolton, and Warrington.
