About Me
I am a qualified, skilled and professional counsellor, who brings to the table not only a wealth of experience but a true desire to assist others in addressing and overcoming their problems or issues.
My aim is to help you develop self-awareness and to therefore provide you with the tools to make your own choices in life. To help achieve this, I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to allow you to explore what is going on for you.
As well as providing counselling to adults, I have also worked in Education and Social Services, providing support to young people with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), ASD (Autistic Spectrum Difficulties) and ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactive Disorder).
