Sarah found Reiki after a car accident left her with a severe whiplash and back injury, which she was told would cause her problems for the rest of her life. Reiki changed all that, lifting out emotions that she had stored inside her body. She went on to learn Usui/Tibetan Reiki for herself as it had had such a profound effect on mher. Two years ago Sarah decided to teach Usui/ Tibetan Reiki as she wanted to be able to share her passion for the Reiki energy with as many people as possible in order to enhance and balance their lives. For Sarah Reiki is not just a journey but a way of life.
Sarah is now also attuned to Celtic, Karuna Ki and Karmic Reiki and plans to start teaching these forms of Reiki in the coming year. She also teach es meditation and has a crystal healing diploma and a psychic development diploma.
Sarah offers Reiki treatments and Tutoring to all levels of Usui Reiki. She also offers other workshops including Reiki with crystals, Reiki Meditation, and Meditation Workshops.
Reiki works in a gentle, subtle way , releasing blocks from our energy systems. With this in mind Sarah usually recommends a minimum of 6 treatments initially, for the real benefits of Reiki to be experienced. Many of Sarah's clients have gone on to learn Reiki for themselves to asssist in their continual healing process.
Sarah often uses crystals with Reiki and with several years experience of doing this now offers a 'Using Crystals with Reiki' workshop.
Sarah also has many years experience of meditation and runs Meditation for Beginners and Reiki Meditation workshops.
Sarah is a Clairsentient medium and uses these skills with her Reiki to help facilitate the healing process. She has many years of Nursing experience and developed a natural ability to counsel people through working as a Nurse.
