You have now taken the first step in to taking time out, relaxing and treating yourself.
High spirits has now opened as part of Conplex Monton Eccles as well as our home based therapy service. Our aim is to provide the highest standard of individual health care and pampering to both men and women. We cover a wide range of therapy services all tailor made to suit your needs. The specialist treatments we offer are, Aromatherapy Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology Foot and Hand Massage, Swedish Full Body Massage, and Usui Reiki. Coming soon we will also be offering Sports Massage and our new parent and baby massage classes. Our great range of therapies on offer can be used for working alongside medical conditions, as stress relief or rehabilitation or as a good old pampering session. We are a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, The International Council of Holistic Therapies and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council. So you can tell you’re in safe hands.
