Welcome to Magna Yoga Ltd.

Suzanne provides a warm genuine welcome to all ages and all abilities at The Sanctuary with a total belief in how Yoga & Meditation can provide solace and a greater sense of well being.

A personal testimonial through her own varied and challenging life's journey.

Suzanne is the Founder of The Magna Yoga Sanctuary, Principal Sivananda Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master.

Offering solace & a new sense of well being to all her students particularly those seeking restorative & remedial benefits.

Through private 1-2-1's, daytime and evening classes aswell as Retreat afternoons days and weekends..to rejuvenate and restore...to introduce yoga & meditation to you personally - as a beginner on your path to yoga or deepening your personal yoga or meditation practise.All abilities are welcome.

Suzanne ensures that all Yoga & Meditation classes at the Magna Yoga Sanctuary are personally taught by herself in small friendly groups of students ensuring individual attention at all times...daytime, evening classes & retreats are available (see our timetable for details).

With over thirty years of personal practise, years of training, and teaching of Yoga, Suzanne has followed many explorative paths herself - an honour indeed to have been taught by many highly respected teachers over the years.


Suzanne teaches Hatha Yoga with traditions of Sivananda Yoga, as the main path and cycle at The Magna Yoga Sanctuary, combining a deep compassion and spirituality being a recognised integral part of her teachings to all students.

Swami Vishnu-devananda summarized the wisdom of Yoga in 5 principles. These principles show the way in yoga to developing physical and mental health as well as spiritual growth. These 5 points or principles are:

1. Proper Exercise (Asanas)
2. Proper Breathing (Pranayama)
3. Proper Relaxation (Savasana)
4. Proper Diet (vegetarian)
5. Positive Thinking (Vedanta) and Meditation (Dhyana)

The 4 paths of Yoga

1. Jnana Yoga (The Yoga of wisdom or knowledge)
2. Raja Yoga (The Yoga of Self control)
3. Bhakti Yoga (The Yoga of Devotion)
4. Karma Yoga (The Yoga of Action)
