Jan also offers a mobile service (covering Shrewsbury, Welshpool, Oswestry and surrounding areas) visiting you at home to provide you with a relaxing treatment tailored to suit your own personal needs. Having a massage done in the comfort of your own home has many benefits - including not having to worry about driving home when you are so relaxed!

About Jan
Jan Jeapes is a qualified massage therapist and an associate member of the 'International Council of Holistic Therapists' AICHT & a member of 'Guild of Holistic Therapists' MGHT.
Jan trained at Raworth International College of Natural, Nutrition & Sports Therapies in Dorking Surrey, gaining her level 3 ITEC & Raworth Professional Diploma in Holistic/Swedish Massage and Anatomy & Physiology. She has also trained with
Solace Holistic Training Academy in Shropshire gaining her Practitioners Diploma's in Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and level 3 VTCT Reflexology.
Jan has gained qualifications and diplomas in Sports Studies, Sports Psychology,Weight Training (BAWLA) and Fitness & Nutrition giving her a valuable amount of knowledge and insight into the human body and mind. She has worked in the fitness industry and with the NHS!
