Sports Massage Therapy

Whether it is a Sports Massage you need to prevent or alleviate injuries, or a relaxing Swedish Full Body Massage, we can help you.

There are 3 massages available to you:
  • Sports Massage Therapy
  • Swedish Massage
  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Massage literally means the manipulation of the soft tissues within the body, which includes the muscles, ligaments and tendons. Any illness, injury or condition that has pain associated with it results in muscle tension, which in turn affects posture and movement patterns. By manipulation and rehabilitation of these soft tissues, the body undergoes a positive response, and everyday function is restored. Injuries are largely preventable and even restrictive muscular skeletal conditions can be successfully treated, ultimately relieving pain and increasing overall wellbeing.

Regular sports massages (every 3-4 months) will identify areas that require special attention, keeping your muscles in tip top working condition, aiding fitness levels and reducing the risk of injuries.
