Welcome to Clear Sight Coaching
As a coach I work entirely to your agenda. You hold the key to your own success, I help unlock what you already know.

How I work
I offer a free consultation of 30 – 40 minutes.
Consultations are face to face or over the phone.
I work with you for a minimum of three months.
The initial intake session is two to three hours which is when I get to know as much as possible about you, your values and goals and what you want from me as your coach. We design an alliance that is to your agenda.
These sessions are 40 minutes, one day a week for three weeks in the month.
I am there for back up over the phone or via email, I love to share good news and am always there for my clients if things are hard or they just want to touch base
Should I see that coaching is no longer appropriate for the client at specific times during a coaching contract due to changing circumstances, I commit to inform the client and either suspend or terminate the contract until circumstances alter to enable full benefit of the coaching relationship and process to flourish. By taking this action, it is in no way a negative reflection of the client or the effectiveness of coaching as a profession.

My background & training ...
I trained with the Coaches Training Institute and I have completed their full training program. I am a member of the International Coaches Federation and my clients have included lawyers, musicians, secretaries, medics, students, members of government bodies, and business owners.
Before training as a coach I worked with Composers and Songwriters in the music industry. I have worked in market research and I began life as a chef.
