About Starlight Therapies
Starlight Therapies was created on the eve of the Summer Solstice 2008 and is run by me, Joanne Hughes, Angel Teacher (DCSAA), Massage Therapist (IHBC) and Reiki Practitioner. My hope is that through Starlight Therapies you are inspired to develop your angel connections, you receive the tools to help you cope with life and you find enjoyment in the ascension process, whether you choose a consultation, class, workshop, retreat or healing. When you integrate your spiritual self and express your authentic self, when you connect to yourself and others with an open heart, in these moments experience joy, love and oneness with all that is.
About Me
I am a south Wales based Angel Teacher and Holistic Therapist. As an angel and ascension teacher I offer a range of options for people who want to learn more about the angelic realm and the ascension process. As a therapist I offer various massage treatments and Reiki to help the body and mind relax and heal while providing some important time out.
Angel Options
In 2004 I qualified with the Diana Cooper School of Angels & Ascension (DCSAA). Since then I have been running angel workshops throughout Wales. Through Starlight Therapies you can attend classes or workshops, host an angel party, book an angel consultation, have a card reading or train to become an angel teacher and facilitate your own workshops. Therapies
As a holistic therapist I offer Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage and I originally trained in Swedish Massage. When you take time to care for your own well being you show yourself both love and respect. When you give yourself love you have more love to give to others. When you respect yourself others respect you too. Now available as a mobile therapist in Cardiff and surrounding areas and also for corporate work.

What's in store this year?
2009 is an 11 vibration year, the first one since 1901, this is a master number, and your thoughts will manifest your reality even more quickly this year. Remember to keep your thoughts clear and positive and focus on what you want not what you don't want. Be grateful for what you do have.
During these times of great change many of you will be asked to re-evaluate what you value in life, some may feel this re-evaluation enforced rather than by choice. As the old ways fall away it is up to each person to create the world you want to live in. Now is the time. Follow your heart, listen to your intuition, connect to your wise self. The power is within you. Be the change you want to see.
