Counselling and Psychotherapy in Cobham, Oxshott and Esher Surrey. Hello, I'm Rosie Whetstone BA Couns. Adv.Dip.Couns/Psychotherapy. MBACP.
My counselling practice is in Cobham Village which is near Oxshott and Esher in Surrey. I also practice in New Haw which is close to West Byfleet, Woking, Addlestone, Chertsey and Weybridge.
I am experienced in working succesfully with adults, couples and young people who face many issues, including: - Depression, Anxiety and Stress

I work in an integrated holistic way that acknowledges the uniqueness of each individual, the experience I have in my work allows me to adapt my approach to meet your specific needs. I have experience in CBT and where appropriate use this in my work.
I believe we are shaped by our past, so finding a way to understand, make sense of, and accept our history is an important facet of finding our own identity.
Gaining insight into what drives us and learning why we sometimes repeat destructive processes is another aspect of our work that can lead to change, enabling us to find contentment and inner peace.
My endeavour is that by creating the right environment we will build a strong, trusting relationship where you will feel safe to share, feeling understood and accepted.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and work within the requirements set out in their code of ethics.
