Alongside a successful working career Rosy has been enriching the lives of many people by being a Life Coach. This journey began in 1984 as a volunteer with Leicester Homestart and a trained counsellor with the Asian Family Marriage Counselling and the rest is history...
Dr Ravi K Powar has senior management experience and in her management positions implemented the concept of “Learning Organisations” Ravi attained her MBA in 1995 and her thesis looked at he Concept of Learning Organisations”.
Dr Ravi K Powar has held various positions working in the pharmaceutical industry for ten years. Ravi has enjoyed many successes, such as getting new drugs on hospital formularies in two months a process that usually takes years and great loyalty from her customers
Dr Ravi K Powar has specialised in the area of property management over the last twenty years. She has
been the first woman and the second student to be awarded a DBA, a doctorate in business management in 2003. Ravi looked at the “Ways to Increase Investment an the Private Rented Sector" for her thesis, to academically support her practical experience in property management and has also the CRLM, the Certificate in Residential Management.
Dr Ravi K Powar has great interpersonal skills, fantastic ability to network and enjoys challenges. Ravi is dynamic, innovative in her style with great entrepreneurial skills and a great driver that gets things done Ravi thrives on results.
