At JM Physio we give you a top-class personal service and comprehensive care in a welcoming and personal environment at the East Sussex National Golf Resort and Spa.
We pride ourselves in getting you back to action quickly and effectively. Our Physiotherapist is fully qualified and registered with the Health Professions Council and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and we promise you the highest standards of care.
We achieve this through comprehensive assessments, scientifically-proven treatment techniques, continuous reassessment and the use of the latest technologies & equipment.
What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is a science based, healthcare profession concerned with human function and movement - CSP 2001
At East Sussex National, we offer consultation and treatment sessions with our fully qualified, chartered physiotherapist.
During the initial session, the practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat your problem or injury. Our physiotherapist will find the underlying cause of your pain or injury, not just the symptoms and will develop an effective treatment plan that takes into account your lifestyle and general health. This will include manual techniques and advice on how you can help yourself, for example you may be shown a few exercises to do between treatment sessions.
Each subsequent session will involve reassessment and treatment with regular reviews of the treatment plan.
