- You only have one spine for life. Therefore correct alignment of each of the vertebra may help protect the spine from unnecessary wear & degeneration.

Altered alignment (subluxation) may occur through slips, falls, emotional stress, and lifestyle stresses. The end result may be either nervous system irritation or joint problems.

I am Dr Paul Cater. I am a qualified Chiropractor and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
Some people think they are too old or their children are too young for chiropractic care but from personal experience, this is simply not true.
As a Chiropractor, my most satisfying moments are seeing people reach their desired goals and living happier healthier lives (no matter what their age).
Assisting pregnancy discomfort and helping a child’s development through Chiropractic care has become my passion.
I also enjoy working with athletes, both professional and amateur. This includes both injury recovery, and maintenance programs.
