SERVICES

Welcome to Think Move Change

Do you ever wish...... that rather than feeling you were running out of energy, you had plenty in reserve? That you could face the demands of each day with a smile rather than a frown? That you didn't suffer from tiresome aches and pains – or at the very least, that they didn't get you down?

But what if there were a different way of approaching things? A way of going about the stuff that you do every day – the stuff of life in fact – that was both helpful and beneficial and quite likely to make you smile.

For thousands of people, from many different walks of life, the Alexander Technique has offered this different approach.

Lessons

In each lesson – using activities and ideas that interest you as a springboard – we'll explore what's causing your physical difficulties, excess tension, stiffness and other problems. And most importantly, I'll help you find practical, workable solutions.

As well as talking to you, I'll also use gentle touch to help you improve the way you're moving and thinking. Many students find they laugh a lot in lessons too!

An excellent way to start your lessons is by choosing everyday tasks that you do often – like walking, sitting down or using the phone. You might also find it interesting to explore specialised activities that you enjoy or want to improve – including sports, performing arts and many others.

Your Teacher

Hello – I'm Oliver Lee.

I was first introduced to the Alexander Technique while training as an actor in London – and the way the Technique can help performers refine their skills is a particular interest of mine. It was also one of the reasons I decided to qualify as a teacher of the Technique in the Interactive Teaching Method (ITM).

As well as teaching the Alexander Technique to students from diverse backgrounds and at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, I'm also an experienced actor, director and copywriter.

Originally from Kent, I've lived in Gloucestershire since 1992.
