Shenkido was founded in 2005 by Fiona Jones,
A qualified shiatsu practitioner, tai chi and chi gung teacher, massage and aromatherapist, certified firewalk instructor and certified breathwork practitioner.
Shenkido can be loosly translated as heart/mind energy work, and it is with heart and energy that fiona joyfully invites everyone to her “shenshack” based at her farm in rossendale, lancashire, a peaceful setting in a rural location.
Shenkido holds the philosophy of beauty and perfection, believing these qualaties to exist in every life form and every moment, it is a teaching of connection to heart and radiance of inner beauty, achieve your personal perfection by letting go of limiting beliefs, agreements, fears and negativity, to spark your intuition and creativity and shine from your truest heart.
Shenkido specifically works with breath, connection and alignment in a unique and open way, with laughter and play we can find our truth love and light.
Shamanism - including Soul Retrieval, Power animal Retieval, clearing and extraction, a unique and beautiful healing for many conditions of whole.
Breathwork - a powerful treatment offering support and guidance to eliminate limiting patterns and structures within the system.
Past life regression - allowing you to interact with past life experiences to gain insight and information for current issues.
Wet breathwork - working in a hot pool with assistance and loving support to re-birth yourself and soul.
