Welcome to Ora Fitness


Ora Fitness offers a bespoke personal training service by qualified trainers. We provide training in our private boutique studio as well as offering training in the comfort of your own home and outside. Our aim is to provide exercise, health and nutritional advice tailored to your lifestyle to improve your quality of life.

Our Approach


Ora Fitness believes exercise should be fun, effective and varied. We offer a FREE initial consultation to find out your individual goals and any injuries or medical conditions. We assess your fitness level through testing, including functional strength and cardiovascular, flexibility and postural assessment.

At Ora Fitness we believe nutrition is an important aspect we assess and advise you on how you can adapt you’re eating and drinking habits. This is a crucial part of training to maximise your training and improve well being. It is not a diet but a lifestyle change.

We cater for all ages and fitness levels whether you are new to exercise or an avid exerciser who feels they have hit a plateau with training. We will encourage you and advise you on how to ensure you are exercising safely and effectively. This is vital especially if you have a medical condition or injury. We are qualified to help you and work with other specialists including physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and osteopaths.

We monitor your progress and as you develop, sessions will be adapted to your level and goals. We believe in setting short and long term goals to work towards ensuring they are achievable to keep you focussed. Whether it is to rebuild strength after an injury or to running a marathon, whatever your goals we can help you measure and achieve them.
