About Us
After 20+ years as Head of Production in the Publishing business, Mary decided to have a complete career change, and qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2002. Since then she has developed her long-term passion in Remedial therapies and body alignment, and completed various post-graduate courses in Soft Tissue Release and Gentle Bone Alignment (Ortho Bionamy) and various types of massage.
Having had a life-long interest in competitive sport, she qualified as a Ski Instructor in 1988 and spent 18 years teaching skiing and Outdoor Pursuits to all ages from 3 to 70 years old!
Mary feels very strongly about the benefits of massage therapy and is highly committed to the safety and protection of the Therapists’ own body and hands. She actively encourages good posture and technique to help Therapists extend their own career.
