Welcome to Fit for Fun

Hi I'm Hilary and thought you may want to know a little about me.

I am 43 years of age with 3 young children and as I have always enjoyed keeping fit would like to pass on the benefits to others.

Over the years I have attended many step and aerobic classes but have found "running" and the "gym" to be my most enjoyable way of keeping fit. So over the years I have run 5k, 10k and a few half marathons, which was a real achievement for me.

I have the following qualifications, which I took with Premier International Training in Bristol.
  • Certificate in Gym Instruction - Level 2
  • Certificate in Personal Training - Level 3
  • Certificate in Nutrition - Level 3
  • Certificate in First Aid

My advice to anyone it's never too late to get fit and healthy and I have a busy lifestyle with a young family but was determined to fit my exercise into my week so if I can do it anyone can.

It's worth it just to feel better……………

Each session is personalised to the client, updated accordingly and varied so you want to come back and there is no chance of getting bored.

Day appointments now only available or go on a list for early bird/evening appointments

Running club - each Tuesday at 9.15 a.m. at Morgan Jones Park, Caerphilly
Exercise Class - each Thursday at 9.45 a.m. at St Catherine's Church Hall, Mill Road, Caerphilly

All fitness levels are welcome from beginner to more advanced as everyone will feel energised after the above sessions. The classes are very relaxed and informal too.




I qualifed at Premier International Training in Bristol in January 2009 and have spent a year setting up my business, whilst continuing as a free lance IT Trainer so if you need IT help to I can advise on this too!

I am also registered with REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) - http://www.exerciseregister.org and a member of fitpro.

I ran my first off road 10k race a couple of months ago through woods where I grew up in Oxted, Surrey, which was most enjoyable so I am learning and trying new things out to include in my sessions with clients. In this respect I have a couple of courses booked for the new year so watch this space for what's coming in 2010.............
