Holistic massage - a massage starting with pre treatment consultation to establish individual needs and tailor the treatment accordingly to help the body restore its natural balance. Holistic massage uses touch, movement and energy in the therapy. Aftercare advice will be given to improve and maintain the treatment. (1st session - 1hour 15 mins, subsequent sessions 1hr).
Tibetan Head Accupressure massage also available.
Reiki - a gentle hands on fully clothed treatment where the client receives universal energy through the hands of the therapist, a very pure, relaxing and uplifting hour of relaxation. Due to its gentle nature, many people fall asleep during this soothing experience of healing.Reiki will improve the results of all medical treatment, acting to reduce negative side effects, shorten healing time, reduce or eliminate pain, reduce stress, and help create optimism.

Medium sittings/spiritual guidance - One hour sitting offering gentle intuitive guidance, support and information relevant to life issues through messages from loved ones, guides and helpers. Clarity on work, relationships spiritual development and wellbeing will help the client move forward in a positive way.
