In Healing Body and Mind we adjust therapies to your needs. Whether you need to unwind, are looking for purely relaxation session, want to improve your health-fitness and wellbeing or need healing and development on spiritual level - we are here for you, just a phone call or e-mail away.
Our qualified therapists are passionate not only about massage or nutrition, but also incorporate in many treatments techniques as reflexology or Tsubo. We also specialise in areas such as meditations, runes or mudras.
We pracitce holistic and individual approach to each person. All prices and quotes available online or on the phone. We also have bonus packs and discount cards for regulars.
We offer:- Sports massage and consultation (pre/post event, sports injuries, work related and other problems)
- Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue and holistic massage
- Hot/cold stones - relaxing massage, lymphatic drainage or teraphy massage
- Face massage - natural face lift. Three packages: treatment with grapeseed oil; treatment with special rejuvenating oil; treatment with rejuvenating oil, neem tree massager and salt rock balls for extra stress relief. Usually at least 5 sessions should be booked initially (5th free)
- Nutrition and weight management - consultation; nutritional advice; individual food and lifestyle programs
