Francisca Bolweg is an enthusiastic and experienced massage therapist and loves being challenged with the improvement of peoples’ health and quality of their lives. Fran, originally from South Africa, trained there with a true guru, Esther Benz. Esther Benz only trained 4 students a year and imparted with 50 years of knowledge, experience and wisdom. Francisca tends to focus on stress, health and emotional problems and strives to improve and maintain good health in all her clients.
Francisca found her true calling and does an intense, thorough deep tissue massage. The massage includes many techniques and also a great head and face massage. Health is priceless and should be achieved and maintained at all times. Everybody would benefit with regular massaging as it beats stress and is also the ultimate anti-ageing secret. Massaging is very cardiovascular and a full massage can be equal to two gym sessions.
Francisca has also had great results with preparing ladies’ thighs and buttocks for liposuction.
Francisca offers two types of massages: Therapeutic and Hot Stone massaging. As the therapeutic massage, also called Swedish massage, is rather firm, the Hot Stone massage is a gentler option. With the Hot Stone massage most of the massage is performed with warm volcanic basalt stones and the massage also takes longer.
