I offer a mobile therapy service, within Harrogate and surrounding areas. Clients wishing for treatments should ensure they have space available for a mobile therapy coach (the size of a small single bed) within their home. Space to walk all the way around the coach is preferable for those clients having a Reiki treatment.
Reiki is also beneficial for animals, and just like humans it can help with athritis, anxiety and stress. So give your furry friends a special treat and allow them to experience the delight of receiving a Reiki treatment. Please call to discuss further details.
For those clients who find it uncomfortable to lie on their backs, then Reiki treatments can also be given whilst the client is sitting. Please make sure that a high backed chair is available for the treatment.
Treatments are available to all ages and will certainly benefit anyone male or female suffering from ill health, stress or for those people who simply want some relaxing 'time-out'.
Although I am happy to treat children, parents must give prior written consent before any treatment begins.
An initial consultation will be required for every new client in order to obtain previous medical history and to gain an understanding of their expectations from their treatment.
Clients are also requested out of courtesy to give at least 24 hours notice should an appointment need to be cancelled or re-arranged.

About Me
My name is Onika Wood and I am thirty three years old.
I have spent over thirteen years working within the legal sector, but have over the years become more and more unsatisfied with my career path. I needed a change, something far more stimulating.
I had already been introduced to Reiki through my family and had been amazed by its ability to heal and calm. I experienced a couple of Reiki treatments myself and simply became addicted to its fantastic benefits.
After that there was no going back, I was hooked and decided to learn more about Reiki - initially simply for my own benefit.
As the benefits of living with Reiki in my life grew, I knew that this was the path for me. I wanted to spread the word and help other people experience this wonderful therapy.
I trained with Reiki Evolution and have gained both level 1 & level 2 certificates, giving me the ability to practice.
I have full insurance through Salon Gold and am a member of the Reiki Association.
Since becoming a Reiki practitioner, I have also taken courses in Thai Foot Massage and Hopi Ear Candles, which are also available to you. I have also returned to study, taking up courses in both Human Nutrition and Anatomy and Physiology. I also hold an up to date St John Ambulance Emergency First Aid for Appointed Persons certificate.
