Welcome to Love yoga

Every January, we make the same promises. By March, most of them are out the window. "A resolution," somebody once said, "is a thing that goes in one year and out the other." What if, this year, one resolution could improve every aspect of your life?

If you are commited to maximising your health, managing stress, and looking after your heart, Yoga could well be the exercise routine that finally sticks for you. Some people may under the mistaken impression that yoga classes are full of people sitting around on mats, chanting om, and meditating for half an hour at a time. Nothing could be further from the truth.



Hatha: Beginners - the bread and butter of yoga in the UK. Suitable for all body-types, ages and sizes. It can easily be modified for people with physical challenges, including obesity, bad backs, knees, necks and for pregnant women.

Hatha General - Challenging, toning, and going deeper into the spiritual nature of the body, this class is fun, relaxing and can be profoundly transformative.

Ashtanga Vinyasa (Power) Yoga: Beginners - An in-depth introduction to this powerful yoga, its breathing techniques, and movements.

Ashtanga General - A strong yoga suited to people who like a challenge, and want to build strength and flexibility fast. It makes a great balance for sport tightened bodies that need to be, stretched out. Golfers, Surfers, runners, circuit blasters take note.

Dancing Yoga: Fun, active and dynamic. with funky soulful music, the movements build strength, flexibility and control. Otherwise known as Body Therapy of Centres of Energy, expressive and corrective yoga movement, the classes also introduce you to the body's spiritual nature.

Pregnancy Yoga: Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to put time aside for yourself and your baby. Yoga promotes the release of feel-good endorphins, ensuring you and baby benefit from the most relaxed gestation possible. Our beautiful studio space, provides a serene, spacious environment where you can meet and share experiences with other pregnant women.

Chi Gung: Chi Gung is an ancient mind, body, soul system related to Tai Chi, and chinese medicine. This class is very gentle, focused, and absolutely suitable for all.

Yin Yoga: Long stretches to maximise relaxation.

Kids Yoga (4-7yrs, 7-9yrs & 9-14yrs): Yoga helps children retain their natural flexibility. Classes are designed to be fun while improving strength, flexibility, memory and concentration.
