Welcome to Transcendental Meditation

The most important thing you need to know about Transcendental Meditation is that it is easy to learn, effortless and enjoyable.

Transcendental Meditation is a simple mental technique of deep relaxation and rest practised for 15-20 minutes in the morning and evening, while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed.

Transcendental Meditation does not involve concentration or visualisation. Over five million people worldwide, and almost 200,000 in the UK, from all sections of society, have learned TM since it was founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in India in 1957.
