What to expect from Physiotherapy
At the initial treatment session, the physiotherapist will take a detailed account of the problem, followed by a physical assessment in order to make a clinical diagnosis. The most appropriate treatment will be discussed and given at your first appointment. You will be advised on the estimated recovery time and self management for a speedy return to full fitness.

BACK PAIN - including acute conditions, muscle spasm, prolapsed intervertebral disc, joint stiffness, lumbago, sciatica and referred pain to the leg.
NECK PAIN - including stiff joints, cricked neck, pain due to poor posture, referred pain to the shoulders and upper back.
SOFT TISSUE AND SPORTS INJURIES - All sprains, strains, muscles injuries, tendons, ligament, nerve and cartilage problems
SHOULDER PROBLEMS - pain, stiffness and weakness due to rotator cuff tendonitis, frozen shoulder and degenerative changes.
ELBOW PAIN - tennis and golfers elbow, joint dysfunction.
WRIST AND HAND INJURIES - following overuse, injury or surgical repair to tendons.
HIP PROBLEMS - pain from groin injuries, joint discomfort and referred pain.
