Yoga is one of the few forms of exercise which can help you to regain the youthfulness of your body and mind. By working the body symmetrically and combining movements with breath-work, Justine aims to help her students regain their optimal blueprint for physical and mental well being.

Whether you're hoping to improve your flexibility, tone up muscles or tackle the effects of stress, Justine can deliver group classes or one-to-one personal yoga training to suit your requirements. In addition, Justine is well-known for her informative and light-hearted commentary which provides background knowledge on the benefits and philosophy of Yoga - with a few laughs along the way!
