Alan has a Degree in Human Sciences and taught anatomy and physiology for several years. He retrained as a Muscle and Stress Practitioner after losing most of his sight 8 years ago and now specialises in muscular pain relief, nerve entrapment and stress therapies.
Alan has an innovative and extremely effective treatment called 'track and treat' to rectify muscular and nerve related conditions, often eliminating back pain and sciatica in a single treatment.
Gina is a successful Reflexologist and a nutritional advisor and uses reflexology to reduce stress levels and identify imbalances in the body which cause feelings of ill-health. Gina is achieving great success in helping people to regain optimum health.
