About Massage & Reflexology

Acupressure massage
Based on a traditional Japanese massage called Amma, the recipient remains fully clothed and sits on a specially designed chair. The massage is applied to the back, neck, arms, hands and head. We do not use oils so the massage can take place anytime anywhere. Each session lasts for up to 20 minutes.

Reflexology
Reflexology is an extremely relaxing, non-invasive holistic therapy which uses the manipulation of the feet to treat the whole body. It can reduce stress, energise and revitalise the body, promote self healing and is effective in treating many conditions.

Reflex areas in the feet correspond to all parts of the body and when pressure is applied, stagnant energy is released encouraging healing and rebalancing the body.

Indian head massage
Indian head massage works on a physical and emotional level. Massage techniques are applied to the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, face, neck and scalp. This massage is applied through the clothes making it ideal to have anywhere.

This massage can help relieve tension, headaches and eyestrain. Indian head massage promotes relaxation, releases anxiety; it improves concentration and alertness.

Back massage
Massage uses the systematic manual manipulation of the body's soft tissues in order to promote well-being. A regular massage can help both the physical and psychological health keeping the muscles healthy, assisting mobility and acting as an antidote to modern day stress.
