About Joanne Mallon
The Media's Life Coach
Joanne Mallon is originally from Northern Ireland and currently lives in Brighton with her family.
Joanne became a coach in 2001, after having worked as a TV producer for 10 years for shows including GMTV and This Morning. She is the founder of the online networking group for women in media MediaWomenUK.
She is an Accredited Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, has a BA (Hons) degree in English and Communications and a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Cardiff School of Journalism.
Joanne is regularly consulted by the media on issues relating to personal development and healthy lifestyle and has been featured in The Guardian, The Independent, London Evening Standard, Woman's Own, Health & Fitness, Company, BBC Local Radio and others. She is a member of the Kellogg's Health and Wellbeing Panel. Joanne is also an experienced journalist who has written for The Guardian, Daily Express, Daily Star Sunday and a wide range of magazines and websites.
