The studio Is a cosy fully equipped Pilates room in beautiful green surrounding offering daily Pilates sessions. The one to one and two to one sessions taught by our highly qualified friendly teacher, member of Pilates Foundation UK, provide an individual and tailored approach for each of our client's needs:

The Teacher
Dance has been Iovana's passion since she was a child which prompted her to train in contemporary, jazz and afro-contemporary back in her home country. She was introduced to Pilates as a part of her dance training, seeking muscle and body strength and the possibility to overcome injuries. It was only after she started her Pilates teacher training with Pilates Foundation UK, that she discovered how Pilates also protects your body, improving your sense of balance and body awareness.
Fifteen years of movement experience along with her dance teaching, have given Iovana a broad understanding of human anatomy that allows her to design a comprehensive and bespoke exercise program for each client.
