Welcome to Annettes School Of Yoga
Annette has recently re-located from Northampton to North Somerset and soon plans to be running a full program of yoga classes for all ages and abilities. For now though, please come along and sample a 90 minute taster class at Berrow Village Hall (TA8 2NL) on Tuesday mornings at 9.30.
Annette's vision for the school has always been to make the many benefits of Yoga available to the local community by promoting a comprehensive range of classes to suit all.
Annette Ananda has been teaching yoga for 15 years and still looks 21. Her enthusiasm for eternal youth is portrayed in her daily appearance and abounding energy.
Annette offers a full spectrum of open classes, 1-to-1, corporate and yoga in schools. As a British Wheel of Yoga trained practitioner, her expertise and enthusiasm for the yogic life is catching and inspirational.

Classical Style Hatha Yoga classes to suit all abilities
Whether you need energising or chilling out, with regular practice you learn how to restore harmony of body, mind and spirit. Students say they sleep better, cope more effectively with stress, are free from past niggling aches and pains and have a more positive and optimistic outlook on life.
Annette's classes provide a balance of asana (postures), breath work and relaxation with modifications to accommodate the less able and inspire the more experienced student.
