SERVICES

Welcome to Medical Herbalism and Therapeutic Massage

Herbal medicine is also known as Phytotherapy it is both an ancient art and a modern science. It is the oldest and most widely practiced form of medicine worldwide.

Practicing herbal medicine since 2000, I am passionate about herbs, healing, conservation and sustainability.

I am a qualified practitioner in Herbal Medicine with a degree from the College of Phytotherapy (Herbal Medicine) graduating with honours, a member of the College of Practising Phytotherapists (MCPP) and hold diplomas in Nutrition & Therapeutic Massage.

I have taught at the School of Herbal Medicine, lectured at East London and Westminster University, consulted for the WWF and Neal's Yard and run regular courses in Herbal Medicine. I have also set up a community herb project to raise awareness of medicinal plants.

I try to use sustainable and holistic principles in both my treatment and practice and have published works about the conservation of Medicinal Plants with the European Journal of Herbal Medicine, WWF and Plantlife.

90% of the herbs that I use are organic.

All the herbs are from sustainable and traceable sources and none of the herbs used are endangered. I make many of the preparations myself.
