Happy You concentrate on empowering professional women, whether they have their own business, or have a desire to start their own business and women who are looking to achieve promotion or move into a new career. Happy You clients have hectic professional lives as well as families to look after.

The first stage of life coaching is a goal setting and a discovery phase. You will get to set goals that you feel enthusiastic about – in all areas of your life. This process of discovery with Happy You Life Coaching will take place over 13 sessions – you will achieve more than you ever imagined possible with these sessions. Each session is designed to provide you with a practical powerful tool to use in every day life and then work on your goals.
Your Life Coach is your anchor in the storm, focusing you on what you want out of your life. We are here to steer you around the rocks of fear and guilt, to the realms of happiness and fulfilment.
Life coaching is a practical, forward-looking way to gain true clarity on what you don't like and what you can do about it. It's a powerful support system to keep you moving in the right direction.
During our sessions, you'll be given powerful tools to use in your life and you will be answering questions allowing you to gain amazing insights into your world and your thoughts. You'll be challenging your beliefs and freeing yourself from your self-imposed prison.
During our sessions, we work with you to turn problems into solutions, to develop plans to move you towards your goals, and to maintain your focus and positive motivation to get you there.

Happy You Life Coaching is based on the Isle of Wight but undertakes Telephone Appointments with clients UK wide. We also provide workshops on the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and London.
Happy You want Life Coaching to be affordable to everyone as we believe everyone should know about these success strategies. Therefore Telephone Life Coaching Appointments are currently set at £35 per hour. Face to Face appointments are undertaken on the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth and are £45 per hour. Discounts are available for those who book a series of coaching. If you block book the series of 13 telephone coaching sessions it is currently set at £30 per session.
