About Me
Following over 30 years in nursing practice, in hospitals, industry and general practice, I have developed my own self-help courses, interactive seminars and individual programmes through my wide experience in counselling and stress management. I founded the Northwood Holistic Centre in 1996, where I offer a full range of complementary and holistic therapies, more details of which can be found on this web site.
As well as working with other health professionals in hospitals, surgeries and health centres, I have also run successful programmes to support and develop staff in large corporations such as BPP, Canada Life and Europcar International; in organisations in the public sector such as the NI Office in Whitehall, the Benefits Agency and Watford General Hospital; in education establishments such as Greenhill College, Harrow; and in health and fitness centres such as David Lloyd. I have also worked with the Watford Heart Support Group, a charitable organisation supporting pre- and post-coronary patients.
