Treatments
Your first treatment will include a thorough consultation, ensuring your treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs. As it is just the feet being worked on you remain fully clothed, simply removing your socks and shoes.
The frequency of treatment depends very much on each individual, how readily they respond and how longstanding the condition is.
A 'one-off' session will be beneficial particularly when stressed, but where there is a specific condition a course of treatment is recommended.
The following will be conducted in complete confidence:- A lifestyle history
- A medical history
- A full treatment session
All you need to do is simply relax and feel any stress you have simply melt away. For those with ticklish feet rest assured, reflexology does not tickle!
