I am a Psychic Medium, qualified complimentary therapist and Reiki Master and teacher serving Chelmsford and the surrounding areas in Essex.
For over 20 years I have been interested in all forms of natural healing.
In recent years, I have found that many people would like the opportunity to experience natural forms of Alternative Healing to aid daily health problems.
I am an ITEC trained therapist in Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Anatomy and physiology. I hold a professional conduct and business awareness diploma and am insured through Embody.
Our Treatments
Reiki Healing
Reiki is one of the most ancient, purest and simple forms of healing. The word Reiki is Japanese – ‘Rei’ means universal life force, and ‘ki’ means the energy that flows through all living things. Reiki can be given anywhere, treating the young and old. We can tap into this energy to balance mind body and spirit.
Hopi Ear Candling
The Hopi Indians in America were the first to use ear candles. They were used for spiritual purposes and to treat physical illness. The candles are infused with herbs, spices and honey. The warm feeling drawing down into the ear drum has a calming effect.
Swedish Massage
This traditional massage increases circulation, breaks down daily tensions and relaxes tired muscles. It raises energy levels, increases endorphin ‘feel good’ hormones.
Readings
Anna is a psychic medium, which transpired through her many years of intuitive healing abilities. She attended over the years workshops and courses at Tony Stockwell Studio in Wickford and currently attends Tracy Higgs Dragonfly Spiritual Centre in Waltham Abbey. Anna and other tutors run a Monthly Healing circle which is run at the Dragonfly centre.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage compliments Reiki and gives a totally relaxing experience. The massage incorporates gentle head, neck, shoulder, back and arm massage, allowing mental and physical relaxation.
