Gill Smith has a masters degree in Psychology and was a lecturer in the subject for 20 years. She is also well-qualified in hypnotherapy, stress management training, and counselling skills. Psychology theory is the basis of all these three disciplines and they complement each other well. They provide a well-rounded and flexible approach to the treatment of a wide variety of psychological and somatic problems.
Gill has been running a very successful practice for more than 11 years, and adopts a client-centred approach, employing the method that best suits the individual and their particular problem.
All sessions, therefore, are carried out on an individual basis - one-to-one with the therapist - so that we can;
