Marie Behenna-Moran has been working with pregnant and postnatal women in fitness since 2005, although she entered the world of health and fitness in 1990. As an advanced level 3 fitness professional, Marie strives to keep her skills updated and attends workshops annually to keep her knowledge fresh and ensure that everything she teaches is safe and effective. As a mother of two children, Marie runs FitMama from various locations around Basingstoke, and can also be see teaching other fitness sessions as well as training clients privately. Marie is often invited to speak at events regarding women's health.
