Welcome to Fitness with Sally

Hello! My name is Sally and I run local fitness classes in Stevenage and Weston at various Community Centres. If you are interested in keeping fit but don't want to be tied to expensive gym fees and would like to exercise in a friendly, informal environment, then keeping reading!

I have been a qualified exercise instructor since 1991 and after many years of teaching in clubs, I started my own community classes in 2005. I now teach both gym and community classes and like to offer effective, affordable and fun classes to my clients. I continue to educate myself throughout the year by attending workshops, masterclasses and fitness events and I am on the Register of Exercise Professionals.

I currently run Pilates, Fit Ball and Hula Hoop classes, so there is something to suit everyone. I aim to provide motivational classes, that offer safe but effective methods of exercise. This will help you to achieve your fitness goals and improve your confidence and physical levels.

Class Description

Pilates movements gently stretch the muscles, pulling them into leaner and longer shapes. Pilates is a low-impact exercise and movement class designed to tone the abdominals, strengthen your back, improve your posture and increase your flexibility. There is a mixture of standing and floor work exercises for all abilites and levels. Resistance bands are sometimes used and these will be provided.
