About Us

We are both experienced Chartered Physiotherapists initially trained in the NHS and now specialising in musclo-skeletal conditions and Sports Injuries.

Sarah Letheren

For the last 18 years Sarah has been running her own successful, clinic in Bushey Heath on the outskirts of London where she employed up to 5 other practitioners and had close working relationships with local consultants and GPs.

Sarah Letheren qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from West Middlesex Hospital School of Physiotherapy in 1982. Following 6 years working in the NHS, she moved to a private hospital predominately treating musculo-skeletal disorders before starting her own private practice.

She is a highly experienced physiotherapist specialising in spinal problems and sports Injuries. She has post-graduate qualifications in manipulation, sports medicine and acupuncture.

In 2003 Sarah and her husband took a sabbatical break and sailed to Caribbean and back. She has now relocated to the south coast to start a new business that is close to the sea!

Alexandra Greenaway

Alexandra Greenaway qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from West Middlesex Hospital School of Physiotherapy in 1983. She spent 10 years in the NHS during which time she specialised in respiratory therapy and worked on the ITU units of Kings College Hospital, London and Queen Alexandra Hospital Cosham.

Following this she worked for the NHS in Fareham as a community physiotherapist. Alex has attended post-graduate courses for spinal problems and is currently studying as a Pilates teacher.

In the last few years she has moved into private medicine and currently works at Havant BUPA hospital treating orthopaedic Inpatients and Outpatients and running the rehabilitation classes for patients who have had hip or knee replacements.
