New Dawn Coaching was established, by Ellen Owen, MCMI, a qualified life coach with years personal and executive coaching experience.
Her primary aim in setting up New Dawn Coaching was to help people achieve greater work/life balance and lead fuller and happier lives, without the limitations that one places on oneself.
We are here to help guide and inspire you to realize your true potential, identify barriers, find solutions to obstacles which hold you back and make sure, once you identify your passion, you are truly focused and celebrate your successes.
Ellen in DoorLife is for living to the full not watching it pass before your eyes as a by-stander. The advice to get out there and start living sounds simple but life is very complex for people and there is enormous pressure in day to day living, resulting in many of us getting stuck in a rut.
Many people seem to achieve great things for themselves whilst many struggle. There are only 24 hours in a day for everyone. The important thing is what one does with this time. Achievers organise their time, ensure they have a support network, document their goals and set realistics timescales, in addition to having boundless energy and obstacles are merely perceived as marble stepping stones. You will come to realise that people who achieve are no different from the average person but what makes them stand out is that they take ACTION.
