We can represent you as an employer, protecting your actual business and assets from any employee considering a stress related claim.
Devine & Gibson can assist your employees in reducing stress in the workplace with total confidentiality. We can also provide to your Human Resource Managers, a one day course that will teach them how to deal with a stressed person in the workplace.

Devine & Gibson can help your business offer an external, confidential counselling helpline which is a powerful demonstration of your company's commitment. Devine & Gibson pays particular attention to all workplace related issues, where employers have a legal duty of care, such as- workplace stress

Devine & Gibson have access to a National network of over 600 professional counsellors / therapists who are fully qualified and insured by the professional bodies of Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body [CPCAB] and The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [BACP] .
Personal and family issues:
Domestic causes of stress and anxiety are also focused on within this service.
Devine & Gibson can offer a variety of counselling options, depending on your company's individual requirements. As a company you can offer your employees the option of face-to-face counselling, telephone counselling and on-line [e-mail] counselling [this service is in early stages, website will be updated when this service is available].
Face to Face Counselling:
The face to face counselling will consist of:- a certificate to show that your Company has an EAP service in place
- posters provided placed in common areas used by all employees describing the services that are available to them
- a block of six sessions for all employees [this can be tailored to suit your company's requirements]
- total employee confidentiality
- an 0845 number [local rate] answered by a Devine & Gibson counsellor
- appointment within five working days of initial contact.
Telephone Counselling
The telephone counselling will consist of:- a certificate to show that your Company has an EAP service in place

- a block of six telephone sessions for all employees [this can be tailored to suit your company's requirements]
- total employee confidentiality
