Our aim is to help you to a happier, healthier lifestyle, with classes and workshops in genuine traditional yoga and pilates, with the best teachers in the region, and the UK. Whatever style of yoga or pilates you are interested in, you will find it covered here. You will also find a world class certified yoga teacher training programme and wonderful yoga holidays and yoga retreats.
We run drop in classes, beginners courses, classes bookable by the half term, and workshops in Ashtanga yoga, yoga flow, hot yoga, Hatha yoga, Pilates, yoga for babies and children, and meditation.
We are the regional specialists in Ashtanga yoga, and Camyoga is the home of Ashtanga Yoga Cambridge.
We also run classes in antenatal yoga (yoga for pregnancy), and postnatal yoga.
About Us
Camyoga (originally Ashtanga Yoga Cambridge ) was set up in 2003 by Cambridge yoga teacher Louise Palmer. In the last six years Camyoga has grown considerably and diversified into a broad range of yoga and pilates activities, including yoga holidays, retreats and a certified yoga teacher training programme.
The pre and postnatal, active birth and baby yoga side of Camyoga has also grown considerably, and has now become a sister organisation in its own right - cambridgeactivebirth.co.uk.
