I offer counselling and healing for individuals from quiet, welcoming therapy rooms in Maidenhead or High Wycombe.
Counselling
I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor. I have a BA (Hons) degree in Person Centred Counselling from the University of Middlesex and a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Metanoia Institute.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including:- Anxiety
- Bereavement
- Stress
- Relationship difficulties
- Sexuality
- Depression
- Childhood sexual abuse
- Anger
- … to name but a few.
I am committed to providing counselling in a holistic way, which means I work with you as a person and not as a series of issues or problems.
Healing
I am a qualified and experienced Master Healer. I can offer a combination of both counselling and healing if you prefer. I have experience of working with people who have acute needs for example, injuries or emotional distress as well as chronic problems such as irritable bowel syndrome.
When giving healing I use a combination of Reiki and Anusha healing energies. I also incorporate sound healing with voice when it feels appropriate
As a healer I am dedicated to working for your highest good and greatest joy, channelling healing energy to help you heal yourself.
Cost
Sessions for both Healing and Counselling last for an hour and cost £35. I am happy to negotiate a discounted fee for those on a low income, please ask.
