If you are looking for help with emotional or psychological issues such as anxiety, confidence, motivation, unwanted habits, phobias, relationship or communication problems, I can help you. No two people are the same, or have exactly the same problems, but with years of training and experience I can draw on a range of approaches to help you to change your life for the better.

Since 2001 I have also developed my own very effective method of stopping smoking.
Now let me tell you a bit more about myself. I was born in Forest Gate in 1960, and have lived and worked in East London for most of my life. Since leaving school I have worked in a wide range of jobs; everything from building work to banking, with my main careers being in the Civil Service, the Police and working with young offenders and victims of crime.
In 2001 I completed a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and opened my first practice in East Ham. I now have practices in the City of London, Stratford and South Woodford, and will soon be opening new therapy rooms in Romford. I have continued my hypnotherapy and counselling training to advanced level, and have trained in a range of therapeutic approaches.

BACP - As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I am bound by their ‘Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy'
SQHP - Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice, awarded by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC)
