Principal programmes offered are: Personal Training at clients' own homes: £30.00 per hour
Small-group Pilates Classes at venues in and around Leighton Buzzard: £7.00 per hour
The company is run by Debra Goss, a qualified and experienced Level 3 Advanced Instructor. Debra prides herself on providing a friendly and enthusiastic service, carefully designed to put zest into your life!

Zest Fitness is run by Debra Goss, a qualified and experienced fitness professional. Debra’s qualifications include:- CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer Award
- CYQ Level 3 Personal Training (Special Populations) Award
- NCFE Level 3 Pilates Instructor Award
- First Aid at Work Certificate
In addition, Debra is a Level 3 Advanced Instructor on the Register of Exercise Professionals, and holds full public liability insurance.
