Welcome to Woking Massage Therapy
My practice is based in Brookwood, Woking, and I specialise in remedial therapies for injuries, pain, and rehabilitation. I am a fully qualified therapist holding a BTEC diploma, the highest qualification for holistic swedish massage in the United Kingdom.
My experience of massage therapy began quite a few years ago, when a very demanding job with long hours made my stress levels reach a point where I became ill. I decided to take the complementary therapy approach to stress and have regular massage instead of seeing the GP for a prescription, and I was amazed at the effect it had on my ability to focus more, stay calmer, and most importantly help me 'switch off' when I got home each evening. I have become very passionate about massage therapy, having experienced first hand the positive benefits both physically and mentally that it can bring.
I offer a variety of treatments, which can benefit so many conditions including stress related illness such as insomnia, sports injuries and complaints such as muscle fatigue, shin splints and piriformis syndrome, occupational injury such as low back or neck & shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and migraine. Massage can also be used as a rehabilitation post surgery treatment.

- Abdominal Massage. Focusing on the abdominal region. This treatment aids healthy bowel function and improves digestion
