Hello, my name is Helen Thomas. I set up Hushhh... because I believe massage is a wonderful experience - something that should be enjoyed by the masses and not on a limited or exclusive basis. I am a true advocate of treating the body holistically; the physical benefits of exercise and a balanced diet and the psychological benefits of relaxation and stress relief all contribute to our health and well being.
After years of working in the City of London, I know first-hand how the stresses and strains of hectic urban life can affect the mind, body and soul. It is difficult to find stillness and calm in the bustle of the city. Hushhh... gives you the opportunity to have that moment to yourself, away from the chaos of the everyday.
