Lisa provides a comprehensive range of hairdressing, beauty & holistic therapies, she works on a mobile basis providing treatment both in the home & workplace at a time to suit you.
Lisa has over twenty years experience in hair, beauty & holistic therapies, she is also a qualified tutor. She has managed hair & beauty salons onboard cruise liners & in Italy.
While teaching hairdressing in a local college she became increasingly interested in both beauty & holistic therapies. She decided to swap places with her students & embarked on a beauty & holistic therapies course. On completion she gained an NVQ level 2 in beauty, an NVQ level 3 in indian head massage & an NVQ level 3 diploma in holistic therapies(reflexology, aromatherapy, swedish massage).
Lisa is a member of the federation of holistic therapists (www.fht.org.co.uk), a practitioner of VRT, a member of VRT THE BOOTH METHOD (www.boothvrt.com).

Reflexology
Reflexology treats the whole body.
The application of specific pressure techniques to reflex points found
on both the feet & hands induces wellbeing. Each reflex point corresponds to
organs & the musculo-skeletal system. It aids & reduces many conditions
such as: IBS, insomnia, depression, musculo-skeletal problems.
Each treatment incorporates VRT THE BOOTH METHOD (www.boothvrt.com). a unique reflexology technique which treats the dorsal side of both hands & feet, originally developed to aid orthopaedic conditions, it has since proved successful when treating other conditions.

Aromatherapy
Essential oils extracted from plants are used to promote both physical & emotional wellbeing. All carrier oils & essential oils used in treatments are sourced locally from a reputable supplier of organic oils, who is a founder member of The Aromatherapy Trade Council. They do not contain any animal derivatives.
